Semi-Anarchy(No Hacking)/No rules Vanilla server for 1.18

Going too close to the surface (Y level 60 and higher) inflicts wither on you and quickly kills you.
However, from midnight to sunrise, the surface becomes briefly safe and you can gather materials.
This means you must join the dwarves and live underground!

You start with some tools and such so you won't have to be punching rock.

PVP is also enabled, it's purely vanilla with no plugins beside worldguard to protect spawn.
